Delete your Duri account

Duri by Boonwerks Inc.

In the app

1. Open Duri and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Duri stops answering your calls right away.

Before or after, dial your carrier's forwarding OFF code (shown in the app's forwarding guide) so calls ring your phone directly again.

Without the app

Write to team@duri.ai from the email address on your Duri account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile and protected phone number.
• Call history, transcripts, recordings, voicemail and Duri's results.
• Links to family members and trusted contacts.

What we keep

• Billing and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
• Limited security and fraud-prevention logs, for a short period.
