Refunds and cancellation

Cancel anytime

Sign in on duri.ai, open your account and choose Cancel membership. Cancelling is as quick as signing up. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

To avoid the first $19.99 charge after the $1.99 trial, cancel before the 14-day trial ends. We email you a reminder before it does.

Refunds within 7 days

• Membership charges: within 7 days of a charge, you can ask for a refund from your account on duri.ai or by writing to us. We refund the share of the charge matching the credits you haven't used, and the membership ends right away.
• Credit packs: within 7 days of buying, you can get the same refund for the credits you haven't used.
• The $1.99 trial fee is not refundable. You can cancel during the trial so it never becomes a paid membership.
• After 7 days: charges are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we made a billing error.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Billing problems

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or your plan doesn't show in the app, write to team@duri.ai with the email address on your Duri account and what happened. Never send your password, a one-time code or your full card number.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer-protection right you have under the law of your state.
